The mission of the Perth Disc Golf Club is to serve it’s members through organizing and hosting tournament activities, overseeing the course,  and participating in outreach activities that promote the growth of disc golf in the immediate area as well as the surrounding region.

Rob Hancock Memorial Disc Golf Tournament

Each year we remember Rob Hancock for all that he did for the disc sports in Perth and in Australia.  This year the Rob Hancock Memorial Disc Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday the the 31st July.  For those that do not have a calendar thats this Saturday!!!
So the format is as follows.
Players Registration start 9:00am
Players Meeting 9:30am
Tee off time 10:00am ( these times are not Japanese times, they are Perth Times)
18 holes (front nine)
12:00 -  lunch,
1:00 - 9 holes (back 9),
2:00 - 9 hole final (grunty)

Cost  $20 non members $15 members
Drinks will be available at $1.00

The Perth Disc golf Club together with Australian Disc Golf welcomes all local interstate and international competitors to the Australian Disc Golf Championships for 2010.

This tournament is fast becoming the leading disc golf event on the PDGA calendar in the Southern Hemisphere. The Australian Disc Golf Championships 2010 aims to combine a top level tournament with a cultural experience Down Under that competitors will remember for a lifetime.

Discs on the Green 2010

In the last few years our sport has started to boom after a decade of semi-dormancy and the ‘discs on the Green’ tournament was the one that began it all. This was the first tournament that the PDGC organised in 2006. It began the growth of Australia’s strongest disc golf club and most vibrant community.

Come down to be a part of our growing history and enjoy chucking some discs with your mates on the 13th February 2010.

Due to popular demand for some more disc golf (or for people who might need some catch up holes) there has been a change to the schedule for Saturdays play.
Location : Cockman park
Time : 9:30 Sign in with a 10:00 start
Layout : 18 holes (Back 9, Front 9) followed by lunch (sausage sizzle and drinks provided) then another 9 holes followed by prizes
The cost has also changed and will be $15 for members and $20 for non-members (drinks, food and prizes included in this price)

Perth Open 2010

The Perth Disc Golf Club would like to Invite you to to play in Western Australia's first major Disc Golf Event for this year, the Perth Open 2010.

Saturday 20 and Sunday the 21 of March 2010

All are invited to compete in, or be a spectator at this two day disc golf competition whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned disc golfer.The Perth Disc Golf Open will be played over two days. The 2010 Perth Disc Golf Open makes up a part of the Australian Disc Golf (ADG) National Tour and is the third A Tier calendar event of 2010.
 

Saturday Perry Lakes

9:00am Sign in for a 9:30 players meeting and a 10am tee off

2 rounds of 18 holes with lunch in between

6:30pm players dinner

Sunday Cockman Park
9:00am Sign in for a 9:30 players meeting and a 10am tee off
24 holes followed by 12 holes then final 9
Lunch will be on after the 24 holes

Costs
Open men's - $60
All other Divisions - $40
Juniors under 18 not in open division - $10 

Lunch and Dinner

Lunch on both days of the tournament will be covered in these costs.
There will also be a players dinner on the Saturday Night of the tournament it is BYO drinks. More details will be given out at Lunch on the Saturday play.

We will have plenty of prizes and give aways with fun games during the day such as CTP's, Ace pool and also Ring of Fire.We also have Players shirts for every one who enters this tournament

Boxing Day 2009 Tournament

BOXING DAY Ambrose Doubles-Trouble Tournament

Tired of sitting around on boxing day, going through a bunch of pressie you didn't want, feeling lazy and like a slob from all the food you ate the day before.

Well fear not, PDGC are here to HELP!  On Boxing Day there will be a Ambrose doubles tournament where higher skilled players will be paired of with newer players so everyone has a chance of getting on the leaderboard.

The day will cost $10 and will consist of 18 holes of mixed Ambrose doubles. On the day the more Advanced players will play with the less advanced players and the winners after 18 holes will win a prize. there will also be a BBQ after the rounds and some drinks this will be included in your tournament cost.  there will also be a ace pot.
Date - 26th December 2009
Time - 10:00 sign in for a 10:30 players meeting and start of rounds.

So come down to Rob Hancock and have some fun mixing it up with the crew and shedding some of that Christmas Pudding.
