SUMMARY:Kim Holmes Trophy
DESCRIPTION:Registration cost: FREE \nThe Kim Holmes trophy is a unique event on the disc golf calendar which is a competition between the two WA based clubs; Perth Disc Golf Club & Mundaring Disc Golf. Points accumulated by the end of the rounds will decide the eventual winner. \nPlayers must be a paying member of at least one of these clubs to register. \nEvent plan\nLocation: Cockman park – Rob Hancock Memorial disc golf park\nWhen: Sunday\, 30 September 2018\nSign in:  8.00am \nRound 1: 9am – 9 holes play off\nAll players play nine holes to select the top 16 players from each club. The top 16 scores from each team are totalled and the team with the lowest total score receives 8 points. 4 points each if the scores are tied. \nRound 2: 10:30am – 11:30am – 9 holes doubles\nThe top 16 players from each club will be paired into doubles teams based on their scores from round one. Number one from each club is the top scorer and number eight is the lowest score for their club from the first round. \n\n\n\nPDGC\nMundaring\n\n\n\n\n1 & 4\n1 & 4\n\n\n2 & 3\n2 & 3\n\n\n5 & 8\n5 & 8\n\n\n6 & 7\n6 & 7\n\n\n9 & 12\n9 & 12\n\n\n10 & 11\n10 & 11\n\n\n13 & 16\n13 & 16\n\n\n14 & 15\n14 & 15\n\n\n\nIt will be alternate doubles format; where teams will take alternate shots. If your teammate played the last shot\, you must then take the next shot from their lie. Which ever team member putts out the other team member is to tee off the next hole. \nTeams will receive \n\n3 points for a win\n1.5 points for a draw\n0 points for a loss\n\nLunch: 12.00pm – 1.15pm\nLunch is provided! \nRound 3: 1.30pm – 2.30pm  9 holes match play\nThis is a final 9 where clubs go head to head with the objective of winning the most holes against your direct opponent\, not the total score. \nBased on your rank from the first round\, players will be matched from 1 to 16 and play against the other clubs same ranked player. For example PDGC number 1 will play Mundaring number 1. \nPoints \n\n3 points for a win\n1.5 points for a draw\n0 points for a loss\n\nAfter round 3 the points accumulated from the 2nd and 3rd round will be calculated to decide the overall winning club. \nAwards presentation: 3.00pm\nRegister\nRegister your interest for the Kim Holmes Trophy so that we can cater for the event and get an idea of players available to both clubs. Players must be a paying member of at least one of the clubs to register. \nRegistrations closed.
